the way the bags are hooked onto the poles make for an easy lift and dump when doing laundry. The wheels role smooth as long as you don't have thick carpet like me. This laundry cart is about as cheap as you could hope for. But it will work for my needs. The bags are a good size and feel like they may actually last. They surprisingly have steel handles! And they will be big enough to handle my week's clothes. I might should have gotten the four bag one, just to make the sort easier, but whatevs.I got the one with the lid, figuring that would be useful. Turns out, they did not reverse and repeat when they drilled the holes for it! Putting it together was super easy. They even sent more tools than were necessary for some reason. The 'arches' on either end have holes pre-drilled and one side is countersunk so that the screws don't protrude. You really can't put it together incorrectly without noticing. So, imagine my surprise when I was all done with assembly and went to put the lid on! :-D One hole was on the front and one on the back of the assembled rack. Not because I assembled it incorrectly. Rather, because they just stamped out tubes without thought to final assembly. If I turned one end around, it would render the countersunk hole, useless.Well, no big deal. I'll just drill a new hole. So I went to put a screw on the one hole that was correct, figuring I could use the other L bracket to mark the other hole for drilling. Guess what... the hole and the L bracket do not align. That means that I will need to modify it even more, just to make it work. Perhaps I will just use the lid for something else. It's kind of nice.Honestly, it wouldn't take much to correct these mistakes at the factory, but I don't get the sense they ever intended to make heirloom laundry baskets.Manage your expectations.

building this product was simple. It is easy to move and transport room to room while being sturdy. Each bag is simple to wash when they get smelly or dirty. Its functionality is wonderful and a must have when having multiple family members in a home!

I find it delightful! It's incredibly helpful for decluttering, and the bags are easy to remove and a convenient size.I've owned it for approximately five months, and the material is of good quality.

Biggest waste of space and the most annoying contraption ever. It takes longer to keep putting the wire basket holders back into the sleeve than it would separating an entire closet of dirty laundry.The frame doesn’t line up right (I build furniture for a living so I have a feeling I’m doing it right) but luckily the metal is so thin and flimsy you can bend it into any shape you’d like.The wheels are completely unlevel (even screwing them in at different heights) so only a couple wheels work… leaving it to sway against the walls up and down my hallway removing my new paint job.So much wasted space. They only hold 1/4 of a load of laundry, and then the whole thing comes out of whack if you don’t evenly distribute.I’m laughing at this point because the fact they would want someone to think this was a good idea is comical.

Easy to assemble with 10 screws and the 4 legs. It gets the job done. Doesn't look sturdy and the board looks cheaply made but it does the job. I steamed the bags come folded like the middle one. For me it's ok it's better than what I had.
