Solid vegan-friendly iron supplement
I've been using Pure Encapsulations OptiFerin-C for 5 years now and it's been a great iron supplement. It's gentle on the stomach, has vitamin C to help with absorption, and it's clean — no gluten, GMOs, or unnecessary fillers. If you're vegan or can't tolerate animal-based products, this is one of the best options out there.That said, if you can take animal-based supplements, I personally think beef liver supplements are even better. They don’t just have iron — they also naturally come with a ton of other nutrients your body needs, like vitamin A, B12, B-complex, zinc, copper, selenium, and etc. All of it is in a whole-food, highly absorbable form.Still, OptiFerin-C is a solid pick if you're looking for a vegan or non-heme iron option that works. It’s helped me keep my iron levels up without side effects, and I’ll keep using it.

Best Iron supplement, was referred to it by my sister!
Very easy on the stomach. I take it every other day.. I am iron anemic & ADHD & my ADHD is far worse when my iron is low. Doctors don't seem to realize that constant low iron can cause ADHD systems to become worse & worse over a span of time. They really should have studied more about how vitamins & minerals can help or hinder the human physiology along with man-made medicine. That would be a more proper, productive & functional way to treat patients. This is the best iron I have taken thus far. My only gripe is that somehow the lid came off & being I carry it with me so I can take it the day I need to - the pills ended up all over the bottom of my backpack. Not sure how it b~became removed, since it's one of those childproof lids, guess my backpack figured it out?? 🙀

OTC iron supplement that works great
These capsules are easy to swallow and do not cause any GI issues. My iron levels have increased significantly since taking this product daily.

Great! doesn't constipate me during pregnancy.

My doctor recommended these. This brand has always been a go to for supplements. These were a little too harsh on my stomach though.

The pill is easy to sallow, but it cause constipation. That’s the only down fall
