I have had this freezer for about a month and waited so I could truly test it our before writing this review. I am extremely happy with this purchase. It is compact but holds a lot of food and keeps it frozen. I even tested it by putting hamburgers on top of other items in one of the baskets and the meat froze solid. I had read comments about other freezers not being as cold at the top. No problem with this one. It maintains temperature throughout. It is also very quiet. The only time I hear a slight noise is when the motor kicks on and that is only if I am near it when that happens. It is nice that it has two decent size baskets to store smaller items in. The price is a little high but you get what you pay for and this is quality. I figure it is worth spending a little bit more to get a quality freezer since this isn't a purchase I will make often. The only thing that would make it better is if it was self-defrosting, but the drain at the bottom seems like it will work well when the time comes. I highly recommend this freezer.

In the middle of the pandemic realized I needed to replace my 5 cu ft freezer that died only to find they could not be found anywhere. But Amazon as always to the rescue. I received mine in July 20 and have been so happy with the purchase. Yes a little over priced at the time but I'm grateful to have and now do not need to make so many store runs. I did get the 3.5 size and it is perfect, holds more than enough, runs so quietly, doesn't take up much space and I have mine set just below the middle setting and things are frozen solid. Worth every penny. In reading the instructions one thing that was so important if you have a power surge or outage unplug the unit for at least 1/2 hour, it says in the book if not the unit won't restart. I have had to do it twice already and even with the freezer full I had no problem moving it and I am in my 60's.

Had some difficulty with delivery, initially, but customer service was very good to follow up. The unit has been running about 3 weeks and is working well, so far. Appreciate the 2 basket feature that most other units don't offer. We're using it in a small apartment kitchen, but like that if had to place it in a living area, the black finish would blend in more easily. The black looks really good and a little less utilitarian but we have some concern that it will show scratches more easily than the white as it has a slick finish (not "textured" like a traditional white freezer has) so we will just have to see how it holds up. For an idea on how much space is available, it holds approximately 4 10 lb bags of ice. Overall, very pleased with the look and function of this freezer.

I purchased because I have a bottom freezer on my refrigerator. it is essentially a basket and does not have enough rough. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. I now have room to add veggies that I have blanched, larger quantities of meat, and frozen fruit. I don't intend to be running back and forward to the store to purchase groceries - especially since this was purchased during the pandemic. I like that I know when the set temp has dropped and that it regulates itself. I don't turn it up to the full capacity, and it keeps my items frozen. If i needed to freeze my items really "hard," I'm sure that I can, but I use my items more quickly than than. RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT

Easy set up, space saving and functional.

Super quiet, and I mean it! I have a small place, so the only place to have it is off my kitchen, next to my desk. I don't even realize it's on until I hear it click off. So far temperature wise, it's great, it's doing what it's supposed to. Takes up very little room, and is very light. I live alone and carried it in with out issue by my self.I needed one for a few years now for my dogs raw, but boy did I pick the wrong time to look for one! I was fortunate enough to get what must have been the last freezer in the US during a pandemic! I was thrilled at the quick shipping given the circumstances! Highly recommend!

I'm really impressed with this company.I ordered the freezer and as soon as I plugged it in refrigerant shot out of the side.I contacted the company and explained the problem.They quickly offered to refund my money, but I explained to them I wanted a freezer, he quickly accepted and my request and offered to send a new freezer ASAP. About a week later I received my replacement freezer.It's been a couple of months and it is working great.It took about 24 hours for the freezer to freeze everything (completely full) 80% of the items were already frozen.

This chest freezer is exactly what I was hoping for and it got good reviews. It arrived well packaged, no dents, and was easy to unpack by myself and slide it into place. It’s the perfect size for the space in my kitchen right next to the fridge. The two removable baskets at the top are easily moved to access the deeper part of the freezer and the space inside is more than adequate for my two person household. So far no complaints and I’m happy to have the extra freezer space. Highly recommend.
